Taking delivery of your full order

Before you take delivery, just a few things you should know.

Unloading your
Smart Turf

Artificial grass rolls can weigh between 300lbs and 1100lbs. To ensure a stress-free delivery experience, consider the following:

Tying the turf to a tow hitch.
Anchoring the turf on to a nearby tree.
Hiring help or asking friends to assist.

What happens after my turf order?

The Delivery Company will contact you.

You will receive a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery day. Due to circumstances outside of our control, timeframes may vary.

Be home on delivery day.

To sign delivery documents and assist in delivery.

Unloading is done by you.

Drivers are not required to assist with unloading. It is your responsibility to have able persons ready to unload Smart Turf from the delivery truck.
